When will I receive my package?
The estimated delivery date is September 2025. Please disregard any mention of a January date, as that was a mischievous error by our ghoulish ghosts. We’ve set the September date to allow ample time for production, import, and fulfillment processes. While we hope to deliver your package earlier, we are committed to ensuring that all physical items funded during the campaign reach you by September 2025.

What if I DO want a mystery little one?
We love mysteries too! If you’re drawn to surprises, you can purchase Mystery Meowlloween Little Ones at a special backer price in the add-on section. Each mystery kitty will be randomly selected and comes wrapped in a Mystery Bag; the contents are unknown even to the Tentacle Kitty team, ensuring a true surprise! Please note: apart from the full set, any individual Mystery Meowlloween Little One is not selectable. If you prefer to choose your kitty, please select a specific Meowlloween Little One instead. Remember, mystery purchases are final and non-returnable. Join our trading groups on Facebook and Discord if you’re interested in swapping designs with other fans.

International Shipping Fees and Destinations
fees include the transportation costs of your kitties but do not cover any local import fees. Each country has its own regulations and may impose additional charges to clear customs. Please check with your local authorities to understand these charges before placing your order.

Will these items be available after the Kickstarter?
While we aim to stock items in our store after the Kickstarter, exclusive plushies will not be available. The only way to guarantee your item is by pledging now.

You will only be charged once the project successfully completes, typically within two weeks after the campaign ends.

How do I add on items?
Go to Kickstarter.com and log in with your email and password. In the top-right corner, click your user icon. From the dropdown menu, select the Tentacle Kitty Meowlloween project to manage. On the campaign page, click the green “Manage Your Pledge” button in the top-right corner. On the next page, click “Change Your Pledge”- Please note if you hit “cancel” you may lose early bird rewards Choose your desired reward tier again, or switch to a different one if needed. Scroll down to browse available add-ons. Select or remove any items you’d like to change. Once you’re done adjusting your pledge, scroll down and click “Continue” at the bottom of the screen. Review your updated pledge and click “Confirm Changes” to finalize everything. You’ve successfully updated your pledge

What happens if the project doesn't reach its funding goal?
While we have never failed to meet a funding goal, if the project doesn’t meet its funding goal by the end of the campaign, no money is collected from backers.

Can I cancel my pledge after I’ve backed a project?
Yes, you can cancel your pledge at any time before the campaign ends. However, once the campaign is successfully funded and ends, you cannot cancel your pledge.

Does Kickstarter offer "Pay in 4" or other payment options?
Currently, Kickstarter does not support payment options like “Pay in 4” or PayPal. To pledge, you must use a valid debit or credit card. For more information on acceptable forms of payment, please visit Kickstarter’s payment info page.

Chaos Cauldron: Why can't I pledge for it individually?
Due to its size, the international shipping costs for the Chaos Cauldron alone are prohibitively high. However, it is available in our larger reward packages—such as the Pre-Party Set Up Crew, Meowlloween Mixer, Meowlloween Full Manor Extravaganza, or Golden Tiers—which have more reasonable shipping costs. Will I lose early-bird items if I change my pledge?
No, you won’t lose early-bird items if you change your pledge level. However, it’s important to only modify your pledge, not cancel it, to retain your previous rewards.

How big are "little ones"
The Meowlloween Little Ones are inspired by our original Little One design, standing 6 inches tall and about 4 inches wide. Many, however, feature additional elements like wings, tails, horns, and hats that expand their dimensions.
Most will measure within 6-7 inches in height and 4-7 inches in width.
For example, our Wyrm-o’-Lantern Little One, with its tail and wings, reaches 7 inches both in height and width. Accessories like Hexebelle’s hat may extend these measurements even further.

What is BackerKit?
BackerKit is a service that crowdfunded project creators use to keep track of hundreds to tens of thousands of backers—from shipping details, pledge levels, preferences and quantities, whether they have paid or had their card declined, special notes, and everything in between!
The BackerKit software and support team is independent from the campaign’s project team—BackerKit does not handle the actual reward shipping. For more information about the preparation or delivery status of your rewards, please check the project's updates page.
How does BackerKit work?
After the campaign ends, the project creator will send you an email with a unique link to your survey. You can check out a walkthrough of the process here.
I never received my invitation. How do I complete the survey?
The most common reasons for not receiving a survey email is that you may be checking an email inbox different from the email address you used to sign up with Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account, or it may be caught in your spam filter.
Confirm that the email address you are searching matches the email address tied to your Kickstarter, Indiegogo, or Tilt Pro account. If that doesn’t work, then try checking your spam, junk or promotions folders. You can also search for "backerkit” in your inbox.
To resend the survey to yourself, visit the project page and input the email address associated with your Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account.
How do I update my shipping address?
BackerKit allows you to update your shipping address until the shipping addresses are locked by the project creator. To update your address, go back to your BackerKit survey by inputting your email here.
When will my order be shipped, charged or locked?
That is handled directly by the project creator. BackerKit functions independently of the project itself, so we do not have control of their physical shipping timeline. If you want to check on the project’s status, we recommend reading over the project's updates page.
I completed the survey, but haven't received my rewards yet. When will they arrive?
As BackerKit does not actually handle any rewards or shipping, the best way to stay updated on the shipping timeline would be to check out the project's updates page.
